#11: The Iron Hammer (2020)

Here we go with a new series of 10 movies and anime also this time. The eleventh recommendation we have is “The Iron Hammer”.

The journey is of Chinese icon Lang Ping, a fearless volleyball star that embarked on one of the most remarkable journeys in modern Chinese history. She won the historic volleyball gold at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games as a player, returning to the field as a coach and transform the struggling Chinese national team into champions in Rio Olympics 2016.

Why we recommend it: women empowerment, moving over struggles to achieve the set goals, personal determination that can bring up the entire team, the dual career path from an athlete to becoming a coach.
