Stiinta Explorari and Universitatea Cluj played for more than two hours to close their victory in the 14th stage match of the A1 Division. The boys had a good game debut and led with 2-0 to sets and 18-15 in Set 3. From that moment on the hosts game started to creak and the guests took advantage of this and restored equality to sets, 2-2. In set 5 Cluj fell physically and Baia Mare imposed themselves no problems with 15-8.
The spectacular indirect duel of the two opposites, Csanad David and Vlad Negrean, was won by the Baia Mare with 32-28.
