Do you want to improve your lifestyle?

Here we are going to tell you some little advice that will contribute in your health improvement. First you need to understand that make some exercises daily, can change your body shape and will reduce the risk of stroke, heart diseases or diabetes.


You don’t need to be a bodybuilder from a week to another, so take it slow. If your first exercise session is 10 minutes, that’s already a win! Keep the progress weekly, and write down your sessions and you will see the progress, that will encourage you to keep building yourself.


As an average, you should do at least 30 minutes of physical exercise. There are tons of ways to do it, from running, walking, bicycling, dancing… but look around you. Do you have a park nearby house or a square nearby your work? Take advantage of your breaks to stretching your legs and walk for 10-15 minutes. You can make an anti-stress walk right after you arrive hombre from work or before going to work, you will realize that your mood will improve too! Be aware that with these little changes, at the end of the day you will reach the magic number of 30.


Be imaginative! Cardio is important, but is not the base of the improvement. You should add some anaerobic exercises like push ups, squats, specific for biceps, triceps, back… and you just need some bottles of water (as dumbbells) for triceps, biceps, shoulders…, a bag (you can fill it with heavy things to make it harder) for the squats or push ups and a resistant band (you can buy it in almost any sport related shop) for making every kind of exercise. Your imagination is your limit!
