I really enjoyed exchanging my experiences with other volunteers from different organizations and countries. Although the online setting was not as ideal as holding it face-to-face would've been, we nevertheless connected across our screens. It felt supportive to hear the struggles that others faced and how we established connections through that, but also to talk about our future plans and kept us going in those hard times. The discussions were interesting and some experiences we shared pretty amusing too.
It was also quite enjoyable to have my colleagues nearby and to do it together as it made the setting more entertaining for both us and the others as we kept appearing in each others screens or even did activities together. Moreover, I especially enjoyed how at the end we did activities together and took glimpses into how other fellow volunteers organize their work with the communities.
