Las Canicas

This game has been played throughout the years in every part of Spain by kids, but there are people that keep playing it nowadays. There aren't any requirements for the number of players - there should be more than 1. Marbles are usually made by glass, but there are some made by wood too.

Here aim and marbles are the things necessary to play. You need ground to avoid the marbles to keep rolling and a stick. The stick is for drawing in the ground the area to score. The one who throws the marble nearer to the circle or inside will win. Kids usually start to play this game in the break when they are at school or in their free time in parks or places like that.
