I’m sure that you have read on the net: “Lose 5 kilograms in 2 days” or “Miracle pills to lose weight”. Well, that can be true. You can lose that number of kilograms in 48 hours, based on miracle drinks, YES, will you do it in a reasonable and healthy way? NO.
Little changes in the way we eat will make you lose weight and will make the difference. Start with something basic:
If you drink a coffee expresso every day with two spoons of sugar, take one instead.
Limit yourself the days per week you consume fast food, usually is food full of additives that make you think that you want it, when you don’t need it.
