I’m sure that you have read on the net: “Lose 5 kilograms in 2 days” or “Miracle pills to lose weight”. Well, that can be true. You can lose that number of kilograms in 48 hours, based on miracle drinks, YES, will you do it in a reasonable and healthy way? NO.


Little changes in the way we eat will make you lose weight and will make the difference. Start with something basic:

  • If you drink a coffee expresso every day with two spoons of sugar, take one instead.

  • Limit yourself the days per week you consume fast food, usually is food full of additives that make you think that you want it, when you don’t need it.

  • Prioritise water or tea instead of soft drinks or industrial juices.

  • Be careful with products 0,0 or light, there are so many times when the reduction of Fats drift in an increase of sugar.

  • Be insistent and creates a routine.

  • From pasta and bread, change to whole grain pasta and bread, the quantity of fibre and protein is higher, so you will feel full with a minor calorie intake.

  • Reduce the consume of fried food, as an example: One small baked potato, let’s say 100 grams, contains 93 calories, 0 grams of fat, but 100 grams of French fries have 319 calories and 17 grams of fat. Almost 3 times more calories for the same amount of potatoes.
