Pelote Basque

The Basque pelota brings together several ball games from the palm game. In most of the specialties, the game consists in sending, on the fly or after a rebound, the ball against a main wall, called a pediment, so that it falls on the playing area called cancha. The point continues until a team commits a fault (falta) or fails to restart the pelota before the second bounce.
