The new edition of the A1 Men's Volleyball Division will begin on November 6th, in a special format caused by the Coronavirus pandemic.
The 12 participating teams were divided into four groups in which each will play with three each. The first two stages are scheduled for November 6-8th. According to the new system, the composition of the groups will continue to change throughout the competition, and the hosts of the tournaments were established by draw.
Although we wanted to organize a tournament in the championship tour, Stiinta Explorari was not lucky for the draw held yesterday, during the meeting of the Romanian Volleyball Federation Steering Committee, held online.
The program of the tour for Stiinta Explorari:
Tournament 1 (November 6-8, Bucharest) - participating in Stiinta Bucharest; U Cluj; Stiinta Explorari Baia Mare;
Tournament 2 (20-22 November, Dej) - Dinamo Bucharest participates; Unirea Dej; Stiinta Explorari Baia Mare;
Tournament 3 (November 27-29, Zalau) - participating SCM Zalau; CSM Campia Turzii; Stiinta Explorari Baia Mare. If CSM Campia Turzii will withdraw from the championship, only SCM Zalau - Stiinta Explorari Baia Mare (November 28th) will be held;
Tournament 4 (December 4-6, Zalau) - CSU Brasov participates; Steaua; Stiinta Explorari Baia Mare;
Tournament 5 (December 11-13, Craiova) - participating in the Arcada Galati; Stiinta Explorari Baia Mare; SCMU Craiova; CS UV Timisoara.
